How do we begin working together?
To begin our collaboration, we will ask you to fill out a detailed questionnaire outlining the main information about your company, culture, and the person you are looking to hire. From there, we will put together the job description and start the candidate search. The entire process, from search to qualification and interviewing, will be led and managed by us, so you can sit back and relax.
How long does it take to see the first candidates?
We aim to present the best candidates starting the second week of our collaboration. In some cases, we can do this sooner, while in other cases, it may take slightly longer. Factors such as summertime or the holiday season have a big impact on this.
What happens if candidate you placed turns out not to be a good fit?
If the person we hired turns out to be a bad fit for your company, we will replace them free of charge or offer a refund. Your options will depend on the duration of their stay within your business and the reason for their departure.
What happens if you can’t find a person within an agreed or reasonable timeframe?
To ensure a successful collaboration, we will agree on the timeline upfront. If, for some reason, we are unable to fill the position by the agreed time, we will issue a refund. Terms and conditions apply.
How do you make sure you present good quality candidates?
Quality is the most important metric we strive for. We understand the costs of a misplaced hire and therefore aim to do everything in our power to prevent that from happening. This is the main reason why we spend a significant amount of time at the start learning about your company and your needs for this role. Once we start presenting top candidates, we will ask for your detailed feedback so we can adjust the search as needed. Our goal is to make sure the candidates we present are as close to your ideal candidate profile as possible.
What is your current candidate pool?
Our current talent pool contains over 10,000 qualified candidates. Our goal is to keep in touch with the top candidates on a regular basis, which means we may have the perfect candidate for you ready to start the conversation immediately.
What is your fee structure?
Our fee structure is based on a percentage of the annual gross salary of the person we hire, paid for the first year only. The payment is split into two parts. The first part is an engagement deposit, paid at the start. The second part is the difference between the percentage fee and the engagement deposit, paid once the hire is onboarded.
The percentage will depend on the role, requirements, and seniority level.
How involved do I need to be in the process?
Your involvement in the recruitment process will only be at the higher, decision-making level. At the start, we will ask you to fill out a questionnaire. After that, we will only need your feedback on our selected top candidates and your participation in the final round of interviews. Everything in between will be taken care of and managed by us.
